In areas where weed is a problem in open ocean wave conditions, the Weedster Wave has been developed with an optimal rake to reduce weed catching. To ensure that wave sailing characteristics are maintained we have increased the surface area to provide lift for early planing and drive through the bottom turn. This fin can also be used as a good B&J fin for smaller freeride style boards with US box fittings.
